For two years in a row DKM achieves ISO 9001:2015
For a second consecutive year DKM have achieved the ISO 9001:2015 standard with zero non-conformities and zero opportunities for improvement.
Steve Hearn has commented saying ‘this is a testament to the hard-work and continuous improvement each one of my colleagues put in every day of year. We have continued to evolve from last year and strengthen our processes to ensure the customer is receiving the best possible service because the company is working in the best possible way.’
DKM have also formed new relationships with two new blue-chip customers over the recent months. These will contribute to the success of the company’s strategic objectives. Without the latest standard this would not have been possible.
